If you encounter any bending issues, please provide the following information:
a. General drawing of the bent shape finished product and detailed local drawings of the bent part (bending diameter, tolerance range of outer contour dimensions, etc.).
b. Material and thickness of the bent sheet.
c. Requirements for indentation, scratches, etc. of the bent product.
d. Types and models of the mechanical equipment used for bending, (maximum processing pressure, worktable length, clamping method of upper and lower molds).
e. Other matters, especially those that need to be specifically specified.
The standard lengths of the mechanical bending molds are:
L835mm and S415mm. They can be used in combination according to the length of the worktable of the bending machine.
The standard cutting dimensions are:
Upper mold: 100 (left ear), 10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 200, 300, 100 (right ear) = 835mm (one set)
Lower mold: 10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 100, 200, 400 = 835mm (one set)
In addition to the standard length mentioned above, if you need to customize a special length, please specify it.
